As the week comes to an end, here are some events happening next week.

SGA Initatives Night


Are you an undergraduate student? Do you like free stuff? How about pizza? Want a chance to use your voice? Share your thoughts?

Have you been curious about what SGA is all about?

Join SGA at their 5th Annual UMBC SGA Initiatives Night taking place at Commons Main Street on Monday, December 11 from 6pm – 8pm!

SGA officers will be sharing information about the initiatives they have been working on and campus projects they are dedicated to implementing during their term. Topics include student life, access to committees, maximizing campus resources, supporting student mental health, upcoming engagements and stress-free events, involvement opportunities as well as new projects that benefit the UMBC community. Undergraduate students are invited to connect with us and get involved in all the action! Learn more about what we do, ask questions, provide insight, feedback and share your ideas.

This event is open to undergraduate students only! Free pizza, drinks, and merch will be available for attendees.

Open Mic Night

Join seb this Tuesday from 6-8pm at Commons Sportzone for a night of sophistication under the lights! As singers dazzle you on stage, sip on a special handcrafted beverage. We hope to see you up on stage!


Free Farmers Market w/ So What Else

Get some free fresh produce and other food items, brought to us by local food recovery organization So What Else! (Thursday, December 14th from 2:15-2:45pm).

Arrive at 1:45pm if you wish to volunteer to distribute the food!
