Hi Retrievers! The Academic Success Center is here to help you start the semester off right! Here's what you need to know so you can do your best:
Tutoring
Starting today, February 13, 2023, you can get tutoring in your courses. We offer tutoring by appointment and in our drop in centers.
- Make an appointment to get tutoring for many different introductory courses at UMBC.
- Need help with a paper? you can make an appointment through the Writing Center for any written assignment at UMBC.
- Need help with Math or other STEM courses? Drop on in to the Math and Science Tutoring Center and the
- And the Computing Success Center can help you with select Computer Science, Information Systems, and Computer Engineering courses, as well as programming languages.
SI PASS
SI PASS is available for certain courses at UMBC, including BIOL 142, CHEM 102, MATH 106, MATH 151, and PHYS 122! Keep an eye out for your SI PASS leader in your section. The SI PASS schedule is available on our website. Keep checking in to find out where sessions will be held.
Online Learning
